End procrastination forever in less than 60-days
And the evidence to back up the claim.
Two impossible things
Two impossible things were said to me this week, and they’ll prove to you that everything you hope for your life is possible—starting with the end of procrastination.
First, you need to know #1, why they were impossible, and #2, why overcoming procrastination has been impossible for you until now.
You’ve been abandoned
#2 is easy. The SparkNotes is that procrastinators don’t design productivity tools; they’re too busy procrastinating. But if they ever are fortunate enough to break free of the procrastination cycle, they don’t want to remember that part of their life at all.
i.e. None of the things you’ve tried, to help you overcome procrastination, were designed with you in mind. And perhaps even more importantly, every single one of them told you to force yourself to do something painful, and when you couldn’t hold your hand over the flame any longer they whispered in your ear, ‘you are lacking’.
And though you may fear hope—
#1 on the other hand… why were the things I was told this week impossible? Because I was a chronic, atrocious, debilitating procrastinator for 20-years.
You might not like to include 8-year-old me delaying his first school project for weeks on weeks, or suffering the stress of pretending like I’d finished my homework every lesson for a decade.
But I remember the pain vividly, and I remember how it grew over the years until it was a malicious beast, berating me in my head every chance it had and eating away at all my hopes for the future in the process.
I paint a dark picture because I want you to know I was a procrastinator. And when a real procrastinator hears someone talk about their own procrastination—we scoff. Ha!
“They think they’re procrastinating? No. I see the lightness in their eyes. They don’t know how deep the hole goes.
They haven’t left that bill sitting in arrears for two years eating away at their credit rating. They haven’t binged Friends for 16 hours a day every day for 8 weeks until two days before the exam.”
I was a procrastinator.
The proof you can end procrastination forever
And then, to procrastinate an incredibly existential job-search, I started a business. Go figure. And I started using what I’d learned in a design degree (read: creative problem solving) to help people with the problems in their lives. I started posting my thoughts on Instagram, which attracted other procrastinators to me (surprise surprise).
I started helping them with the challenges in their lives, and the pieces began to fall into place.
I saw the patterns emerging.
And I stopped procrastinating.
And I didn’t know why.
And I worked with people.
And I worked with people.
And it clicked.
And I’m sorry but I’m not going to try to get it to click for you, here, now. Because I can’t achieve that in a nice tidy paragraph or two.
But I can achieve it in 60-days. Likely less. That’s not what I promised here, though. What I promised was to prove to you that everything you hope for your life is possible—starting with the end of procrastination.
Wait, so, what were the two things that were said to me this week, why were they impossible, and why should you care?
”Damn man, that’s an awesome work ethic!”
”I love working with someone who gets shit done quickly”.
Why were these ‘impossible’? Because I was a procrastinator for 20-years. They were impossible because it’s hard not to laugh at them. Because I may not procrastinate anymore but I have 20-years of suffering through it, debilitated by the stress, existential dread and the awful self-esteem that went with it seared inside my skull.
And you can do it in 60 days—
If I can end my procrastination, anyone can. And if I say you can end procrastination forever, you can. I wouldn’t subject you to such torturous hope without utter confidence that it was possible for you.
And we can do it in fewer than 60-days, if you’re ready to commit to real change.
Maybe you’re a professional worker tired of going nowhere, or a sole-trader held back by those tasks they hate, or a high-achiever who never makes space to work on the life they want.
Whoever you are, procrastination seems to be the impenetrable wall between you and everything you want for your life.
And I want to help you change that once and for all, forever—with a system designed by a chronic procrastinator for chronic procrastinators. This was designed for you.
And maybe, if you’re ready for things to change, in just 60-days everything could be different.
